Halloween is living up to its billing as a summer-style day in Tampa. The station's live weather feed late Saturday morning showed 80.9 degrees, feeling like 85 under an overcast code, on the way to a Saturday high of 88.4 and a low of 72.9, with precipitation odds at 18 percent under a drizzle code — hot for the USF noon kickoff at Raymond James Stadium and for anyone in a heavy costume by afternoon.

Tonight stays warm for trick-or-treating on the feed, with the day's small rain chance the only weather question mark over the evening's crawls, skate jams and neighborhood rounds. Costumes that breathe, water breaks and shade will matter more than jackets anywhere in Tampa Bay today.

Sunday brings the change, though the feed has moderated it since before dawn: a high of 83.0, a low of 69.6 and precipitation odds at 50 percent under a rain code — still the wettest day of the weekend, and the rain risk sitting over the Buccaneers' 1 p.m. home game, but down from the 70 percent the feed carried overnight. Monday stays cooler at 79.5 with odds at 35 percent, and clocks fall back an hour early Sunday morning.
